TEST test Test

My daughters lr4 threw a serpentine belt. it was a result of an unforeseen problem. Dave and the guys at endurance had to order the parts during a snow storm. They kept us informed and updated us all along the way. Good communication is everything when work is done with honesty and professionalism. They are not the cheap fly by night guys and they are not Crazy expensive. They charged a fair price for a company that will exist for years to come. Complete trust in the guys. Our transmission went out on our used 2020 Yukon with only 125,000 miles. We dropped it off on Monday and it was ready for pickup on Thursday. It's running strong again! It wasn't cheap but it was cheaper than a new vehicle. We'll be going back as needed for any future maintenance needs.

This was the best experience at a mechanic I have EVER had. I'm new to the area and needed my state inspection done, which normally takes 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where you are in the line. Not at Endurance! They let you set an appointment, which I've never seen before for an inspection. When I arrived, the building was incredibly clean with a cozy waiting room and multiple phone charging stations. All the staff were professional and courteous, and kept me updated about the necessary repairs to pass inspection. But my FAVORITE part was that they sent me a list of every part on the car they inspected, with pictures of each part and a rationale for why it passed or not. I was floored by the transparency and found it extremely helpful. I highly recommend Endurance and will be back in the future!

This auto repair place or liars. They messed my extended warranty up they put it in as my transmission knowing that I had extended warranty that had to be processed after an etc I won't get too deep oh they knocked off the service charge so I can give them a good review they told me they are not charged me as long as I go on their website and give a good view just lie so they can look good piece of s***

Took my car in because of the good reviews online since I am out of town. However, after about a month and a half, my car is back in a different shop for the SAME issue. Their warranty is not doing ANYTHING to help, and you can only go to one of their limited mechanic shops for repairs if they were to help me out with warranty on their service. They also rip customers off by charging at least $40 more per part. I got 1 coil replaced for $170 at Endurance. Then took my car somewhere else 1.5 months later to get all 4 coils replaced for $388. Even the mechanic at the new shop I went to said I got taken advantage of by Endurance Auto and their EXPENSIVE prices. Please don't go here just because of other good reviews. They will not help in any way when your car needs the same repairs again. They were not transparent on their diagnostic report, and my paperwork stated they replaced coil #1, yet coil #4 was replaced.

The ATI Top 25 in the nation is well deserved! If my Lynchburg friends ever need any car work done, I can’t recommend Steve and Sarah’s crew enough. He got me out of several pinches and saved me a lot of money during my time living in Virginia!

I went here for a state inspection. They had a 4.5 rating, which i never see for anything automotive. And they were the first place i had tried that actually picked up. I definitely understand why they have a great rating. They kept me informed with everything going on and the prices, were quick and super friendly.

You cannot find a higher integrity owner or repair shop in Lynchburg than Endurance. Steve and his team are honest and efficient and always pleasant to deal with. I have four cars and my 84 year old mother in laws vehicle and would not think of taking them anywhere other than Endurance. My son, who lives in DC brings his car to Endurance when possible because he believes in their work so much. Can't say enough good about place! Thank you Endurance!

My car needed an oil change and I've been looking for a shop that is hospitable, fair with prices, and informative. Endurance auto has been all three of these. My oil change took less than an hour and the Owner and employees were kind a willing to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back!

The most disrespectful people i have ever encountered with dont take your car their the owner is rude and will talk to you any type of way.

My sister was in the process of buying a used car and needed a shop to examine one of her prospects. Although she'd never been, she decided to have Endurance do a vehicle inspection. Steve was very thorough, and looked over the car, took it for a test drive, and explained to the both of us the significance of all the things he noted. Given his advice, my sister realized this wasn't her dream car (at least not at the price listed). He took the time to give us a few pointers on bargaining and then told us his work was free of charge and that he would be happy to look over a few of the other options on the table if we emailed him their fact sheets. Would definitely recommend if you are in the process of buying a car and I'm planning on setting up an appointment with them to get my own car looked at. Everyone was kind and went above and beyond. Looks like I found my Auto repair shop.

Had issues with noises in front end. Great diagnostics and service! Explained everything so I understood and let me know step by step what was going on. Ready when promised. Car runs like a dream now! Can’t thank y’all enough. Best repair experience!! Highly recommend!

Steve, the owner at endurance auto is the most honest and trustworthy person I’ve ever dealt with. I’m very pleased with quality of workmanship and the personal care Steve has provided for our vehicle. We highly recommend Endurance to anyone who needs mechanical work and tires.
